Sans juger cette école (puisque je ne la connais pas), il est bon de rappeler que la plupart de FTO et TRTO sont des machines à fric. Les prix bas ne sont pas faits pour faire plaisir au client mais pour attirer les clients. Nuance.
Quand vous cherchez des écoles, le prix est bien sur à prendre en compte, mais ce n'est pas tout, loin de là:
- Se renseigner sur la structure, le background et la situation économique de l'école en question. Si vous payez pour voir l'école mettre la clef sous la porte 6 mois plus tard, ça ne vaut pas la peine.
- Se renseigner sur la maintenance des avions.
- Se renseigner sur le nombre d'avions et sur le nombre d'instructeurs. En déduire le délais que peut prendre la formation en prenant en compte des possibles annulations de vols cause météo et maintenance.
- Se renseigner sur les instructeurs. Leur experience et leur réputation. Payer peu cher pour une formation tant mieux, mais il faut savoir qu'un mauvais instructeur ne rend jamais service à l'élève. Avoir le CPL et l'IR n'est pas très compliqué, toute personne lambda peut le faire. Avoir des bonnes méthodes et des connaissances solides c'est plus compliqué à obtenir.
- Enfin si vous le pouvez, ne vous limitez pas à lire les brochures et voir les "promos" avec un super deal écrit en gros avec une photo de B737; allez donc voir les dirigeants de l'école pour visiter les instalations, les avions, les instructeurs et les élèves. N'oubliez pas que le client est toujours celui qui décide.

Par contre concernant le programme enfin de ce qu'ils présentent (car aucun programme complet est présenté ici) je me demande si ce n'est pas une formation modulaire "condensé" vu qu'il n'y que des heures de vol réelles et à ce prix.

PPL, murissement jusqu'à 150h, IR (avant CPL) pour arriver vers 200hdv puis CPL.

first of all the country of spain it self is not good at all, there are a lot of bureaucracy, and the law don't protect foreign people from organism such schools...
this school ok. they don't lie about the 200 hours. but you're gonna finish those hours in 3 years MINIMUM because of the lack of aircraft. imagine 2 aircrafts for 60 students. it means each student has to share the aircraft with 30 other students. that means you're gonna fly 2 hours/ week at maximum. and they will find for you one thousand reasons to don't fly....
I've never flown solo because it's the rule in this school. they don't want to take any risk regarding to their 2 aircrafts.
personally, i've got my ppl in almost a year. i met some student leaving this school and they prefered to loose the money that they olready paied than to loose all their carreer and time.
i've finished my ppl in spain and i went to france in Mermoz for atpl (such a serious school). Now i have got my ATPL and i will finish my IR-SE CPL MEP-IR conversation
You will spend the same price if you progress step by step starting with:
- PPL in small aeroclub near to your city. 7000~8000 EUR
- ATPL by E-learning ( even MUCH better thant IBERTOUR ATPL ) 2500 EUR.
- Time building do it near to your city. 10000 EUR
- IR-SE it is about 10000 EUR
- CPL 6000 EUR
- MEP IR 6000 EUR.
the village and the city of girona is ******* Boring place.
what i can advice YOU is to proceed step by step. you can go to some good aeroclubs in FRANCE, GERMANY, UK or wherever you want and paye only the hours that you will fly. each time you want to fly. you pay the amount of hours that you've flew. better than to pay everything and after you start running after schools
Start your atpl by e-learning, make at the same time your time building hours, and at the end your CPL-IR training.
Believe me my friends. aviation is not easy and in this world there is a lot of bad school. even worse than ibertour. but I THINK that this could be the best way to proceed.
