For one of our client, a global business aviation company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Private Flight Coordinator

Your Role:
- You are responsible for the overall flight organization. For this purpose, you liaise activities and flight preparation between the customer and the operational departments of the company (Dispatch, operations, suppliers)
- You are the key contact to ensure the complete delivery of any solicited additional services such as such as catering, limousine or helicopters booking…
- You make short-term decisions and have capacities to find relevant solutions

Your Profile:
- You have a deep service and customer orientation: you know how to handle highly demanding customers with diplomacy while making all their wishes come true. A previous experience in customer service in the luxury sector, conciergerie, or VIP assistant.
- You are details and solutions oriented: multitasking is a natural quality, especially in a fast-paced and stressful environment
- You speak perfect English, as it is your working language
- You are a team-player tending to be a team leader
- You are willing to work on shifts, week-ends and nights included
- You are computer literate
- You are NOT a professional pilot !!!
