JAA Enforcement Action ??

Salut tout le monde!

J'ai une petite question, je vois de plus en plus apparaître cette phrase dans des annonces aux USA: "JAA Enforcement Action". Qu'es ce que ça signifie? Prennent-ils en compte les licences JAA...?!?

Voila un exemple des minimum requis pour une annonce:

"Qualifications
FAA ATP Certificate/ JAA ATPL Equivalent
Current First Class Medical
Minimum Flight time: 2000 hrs Total Time / 1000 Multi-engine / 500 hrs PIC / 100 hrs in type
No Accidents/Incidents/FAA or JAA Enforcement Action

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic. Candidates will be evaluated on attitude and safe, professional operation of the aircraft and must exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills. The individuals must be fluent in English.
This is a Safety Sensitive position and is subject to Random Drug and Alcohol testing."

Je traduirais par "Pas d'infraction JAA." Oui, il faut croire qu'ils prennent des licences JAA.
