Hello boys (and girls, who knows...).
Using a VHF to train your aero-english is not really the best way to train, since most of the traffic is in english in france. So if I were you I would rather listen to live traffic on the internet. Best way. Free. And you can listen plenty of different frequencies, from ground to final approach and from Texas to Seattle.
But...it's NO use for ENAC or Cadets because...it's not your aero english language level that is tested but your most elegant shakespearian top level english language ability. Nothing to do with aeronautics. The best way to train THAT is listening to english speaking radios, the best one being the BBC, which you can listen Live on the internet. It's the easiest way.
Next messages will be:

Now live radio:
first and best link is the BBC world news bulletin which you can listen as many times as necessary to get the essence of the thing. It IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WILL HAVE AT THE ENAC EXAM (recorded on a tape).
It is updated every hour.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/news/summary.ram
The live BBC world service, directly from London, UK:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/ram/live_infent.ram
Now if you want to experience other accents:
Canada:
http://www.cbc.ca/audio.html
Australia:
http://www.abc.net.au/streaming/newsradio.ram (real audio)
http://www.abc.net.au/streaming/newsradio.asx (windows media)
USA:

Amicalement
