ATPL théorique avec IR durée 36 mois ou 7 ans pour passer CPL ?

Bonsoir,
Je vous explique mon cas... Je suis actuellement en possesion d'un ATPL théorique acquis en Mars 2020. Je viens juste de passer mon IR-SE, il faut désormais que je passe mon CPL. Mon école me dit que l'ATPL est valable 7 ans à partir de la date d'obtention de l'IR ( Décembre 2022 ), or quand je lis le texte de loi, j'ai l'impression que cela est valable uniquemet pour un ATPL pratique mais non pas un CPL. Avez-vous la réponse ou bien une expérience similaire ?

(c) Validity period
(1) The successful completion of the theoretical knowledge examinations will be valid:
(i) for the issue of a light aircraft pilot licence or a private pilot licence, for a period of
24 months;
(ii) for the issue of a commercial pilot licence, instrument rating (IR) or en route
instrument rating (EIR), for a period of 36 months;
(iii) the periods in (i) and (ii) shall be counted from the day when the pilot successfully
completes the theoretical knowledge examination, in accordance with (b)(2).
(2) The completion of the airline transport pilot licence (ATPL) theoretical knowledge
examinations will remain valid for the issue of an ATPL for a period of 7 years from the
last validity date of:
(i) an IR entered in the licence; or
(ii) in the case of helicopters, a helicopter’s type rating entered in that licence.

Bonjour, pour moi c'est (desormais) clair: les 7 ans c'est valable uniquement pour un atpl pratique. C'est mentionné assez clairement en fait sur ton atpl theorique, que tu dois passer le cpl dans les 36 mois.
Si quelqu'un a une preuve contraire, je prends, mais attention a ne pas croire sur paroles certains, meme en ATO, toujours demander la source.
