Connaissez-vous Excellent Air ?
Pour ceux qui y bossent : quels sont les rosters ? Les salaires ? Les destinations ? La selection pour y entrer est difficile ?
Par contre et si je ne me trompe pas, il faut la QT pour y être appelé…

J'ai pas d'infos sur le roster etc mais voici le retour d'un FR (qui avait deja une QT cs25) qui a passe les assessments il y a peu :

Good news guys.
So i got some news for Excellent Air and i pass the assessment so they offer me a job. Really happy about that.

Here a were short feedback concerning the process i will try to improve it

Test psycho
A lot of mental math (addition substraction multiplication divison etc….) Simple calcultation, test where you have to find which symbol to put to obtain the result indicated (Don’t remember how many test of math but 3 or more)
1 ATPL test (aircraft encounter a gust which increase its AOA of 3° what is the load factor, mini rvr at the TDZ for a CAT3, MB calculation, calculation of inbound with a VOR (N56 E128 declinaison 21W aircraft N54 E128, what is the letter to insert in a FLPN is approved RVSM, or for a flight at FL320, LSS calculation, ECTM questions)
General culture (number of a stink on a guitar, when sink the titanic, DOB and death of Karl Marx, symbol of the Japanese currency, how many atom of hydrogen has ethanol)
Matrice of raven
Personnality test (1 statement and are you agree or not with a scale)
Cube test
Association of 2 words
Test with gear where you have to give in which direction the last one turn
If you pass, at the end of the day you will be invited for the next day for the final interview
Normal interview : Presentation of the team, ask you what is your feeling about your performance, you get a feedback of the sim and test.
Then you introduce yourself, why you apply to the company. 1 question “The captain is unstable on final what do you do ?” The guy push the exercice until we where mini fuel, and asked me what I will do on the ground.

But for me the interview went well, no tricky question no thousands questions on the aircraft. They want to know you, who you are and if you will fit with the team. Which is the most important.

Waw, c’est une selection pas evidente non plus à priori… Merci pour ce retour plus que précis ! Pour le moment je termine mon training mais c’est vrai que l’affaire me botte enormement, je vois qu’ils recrutent beaucoup en ce moment car je vois passer leurs annonces et je voulais me renseigner ! Tu ne sais pas si ils recrutent du NTRated ?

Est-ce qu'à la fin on nous demande de parcourir un labyrinthe dans le noir, à l'issue duquel un nain nous pose une énigme ?
Ces sélections ne cesseront de me surprendre.

@Fioupelan oui, normalement c’est un sage dans une tour avec une clé pour ouvrir une porte qui te pose une énigme, mais si tu sais pas, tu n’auras qu’à le jeter par la fenêtre (pour ceux qui ont la référence )!
Plus sérieusement, c’est en effet assez difficile de se projeter dans ce genre de sélections, on ne sait jamais trop comment se preparer réellement et ça fait peur…
La QT C525 est chère de mémoire, y investir est un risque (comme tout) mais c’est bien mieux que d’en faire une beech 1900D, au moins, il y en a un peu plus !

@NOVEMBRE_888 merci pour ta réponse, je trouve très correct le salaire ! En net, selon le nombre d’heures à la fin du mois, tu peux vivre correctement ? (Loyer, prêt éventuel, pâtes ?)
J’ai entendu dire que tu pouvais rentrer chez toi aussi sur tes offs, pas obligé d’habiter sur la base ?
