bonjour,
je suis tombé par hazard sur ce programme sur le site de cityjet et je voulais savoir si certains avaient quelques informations quelquonques concernant le sujet ou si certain ont deja tenté cette formation...

CityJet are proud to announce Climb High, our Cadet Pilot training program. We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates to become cadet pilots in our organisation.
Successful candidates will undergo an intensive full time Integrated JAR ATPL course at our partner school FTE Jerez. Applications may be submitted directly through the website of Flight Training Europe

CityJet operate throughout Europe with bases in Dublin, London City Airport and Paris CDG. Our fleet consists of 25 Avro RJ85, and 17 Fokker 50 aircraft.
CADET ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS - to be considered for the cadet entry selection process, candidates must be:
■Over 18 years of age.
■Entitled to reside and work in the European Union.
■Free from any criminal record.
■Likely to obtain a JAA Class 1 Medical endorsement.
■Able to fund the full cost of the FTO training course.
■Fluent in the English language with the potential to qualify at ICAO level 6.
■In possession of the following minimum educational qualifications:
1. Ireland:
School Leaving Certificate with 6 subjects including mathematics, English language and a science subject.
2. United Kingdom:
5 GCSEs/SCEs at Grade C or above and 2 A levels or 3 Highers. At either level, 3 of the subjects must be mathematics, English language and a science.
3. Other Countries:
Candidates must demonstrate that they can meet the equivalent of the minimum educational standard required of Irish educated candidates.
4. Exceptions:
Candidates who lack these basic minimum qualifications but can demonstrate a higher level of achievement through vocational qualification at a tertiary level can be considered where they can show competency at mathematics and science."

Pas mal celle la!
Treve de plaisanterie, ils tournent a la coke les recruteurs dans cette boite?
Pour la petite histoire, ils ont quand meme balance une fournee de cadets CTC a la poubelle (on dit piscine pour etre correct) au motif que le formation n'avancait pas assez vite. A bon entendeur...

C'est, bien sur, toi qui paye la formation mais surtout tu dois approcher le level 6 en anglais!! Et encore, il te faut des diplomes mais je pense que le niveau bac est suffisant dans le domaine scientifique mais préférable d'avoir des diplomes universitaires.
C'est surtout le niveau 6 anglais qui pose problème.
Et puis, vu la difficultée d'entré, j'espère au moins que c'est une compagnie qui a du potentiel !

Mefiez vous de cette compagnie totalement foireuse!!! Ils ont deja laisse pas mal de cadets a la rue.
A l'epoque ils avaient un soit disant sponsorship avec Sigmar en Irlande, j'avais rencontre 2 gars qui n'ont jamais vu la couleur d'un cokpit Cityjet.
Plus recement, je crois que toute une promo CTC s'est fait enfiler!!!
Faites gaffe, Thomas Cook semble quand meme plus serieux

J'ai lu vite fait le descriptif du programme . C'est moi ou en cas de succés au programme, il finance une grosse partie de la formation (78K£) ?

Quelqu'un connait-il le salaire de base chez eux ?
En tout cas c'est bien précisé qu'il n'y a aucune garantie d'embauche ...
