Re: Baltic aviation academy
Avoid BAA flight school ! This school is unfortunately no professional at all.
They ask all your money and once they have they do not plan you for flying. Thus they explain you that you have to pay for more hours or for extension.
Instructors are bad, they are not paid on the ground so they do not want to explain you anything. « If you have question ask another student ». They arrive 30mn before your take off so they never have a look on your flight preparation, you can make a navigation to Moscow that they would say ok take off.
They give you chart which are not valid anymore for VFR. Some students had to report it to EASA to have proper charts. They do not give you IFR chart. If you want one buy it.
They have no multi engine anymore so some students are waiting for months (some students have to retake exam because they wait so long that it expired) without any training. The financial situation is critical so be careful to the bankrupt : you won’t see your money anymore.
They give no books at ground school.
The worse is the behaviour of the managers. You paid but be careful you are not a customer. You have no right and they behave very bad with students, they talk as you were shit once you paid. Most of the students should have committed lawyers to solve problems with this school which abuses of its rights even if this is definitely illegal.
They keep your money hostage.
Some companies know that the level of students once they finish BAA is very bad so they refused to hire students from here. Even Wizzair is not satisfied and they put cadet to retake simulator. One chance if you fail you are fired. So it is important to have a good school for good preparation.
If it is cheap, ask yourself why...

Re: Baltic aviation academy
