Bonjour à tous,
Après de nombreuses recherches sur le net je peux vous annoncer ( certains le savent déjà je le sais) que des écoles de pilotage offrent des formations JAA ATPL à un prix attractif.
Par exemple 72000 dollars US soit 57500 euros pour une formation qui vous donnera deux licences ( américaine et européenne), minimum 500 hdv ( jusqu'à 1000 hdv ) dont 250 hdv sur ME.
Pour cette phase vous travaillez directement dans une compagnie et vous faites des liaisons mexique, canada et US.
Le plus c'est qu'au moins on saura parler anglais "fluently".
Alors je pense qu'il faut boycotter les écoles françaises et partir à l'étranger.
Tout le monde sera gagnant. On saura parler anglais, deux licences, des hdv en conséquences qui permettent de trouver plus facilement du travail et des écoles françaises qui reverront leur tarifs à la baisse et augmenteront les hdv.

Je veux bien croire que c'est attirant comme formation mais de la a appeller au boycotte des ecoles francaises, je ne te suis pas.
Certes elles sont cheres, mais c'est cela dans tout l'Europe.
De nombreuses personnes demandaient des renseignements sur les ecoles francaises dernierement sur le forum et pour certaines, de tres bons echos sont ressortis.
Certes si cela se passe exactement comme tu le dis (tu travailles directement dans une compagnie), c'est super, mais as-tu cette garantie a 100%?

Attention aux discours des commerciaux des ecoles americaines. Quand on vous dit que vous bosserez en compagnie a l'issue de votre formation, ne pensez pas tout de suite 737 ou 320, ca sera beaucoup plus vraisemblablement sur bimoteur leger, voire en instruction.

Je ne trouve pas que j'y suis allé un peu fort.
Il faut être honnête et dire les choses.
C'est trop cher en France et pas beaucoup d'heures de vol.
Je pense que si les écoles françaises avaient moins de candidats, elles baisserait leurs tarifs pour en attirer.
Si cela se produit on aura la preuve qu'elles s'en mettent plein les poches.
Tu fais des heures de vol en ME dans une compagnie américaine pendant 6 mois.
j'ai pas dit qu'il t'embauchait.

Effectivement les USA c'est super, mais il faut bien être sûr que tu n'auras aucun problème de visa là bas pour travailler, si tu veux pouvoir batir un projet concret. J'ai lu juste la fin de ton message précédent, et j'ai vu visa M1. A ma connaissance, ca ne permet pas de faire carrière là bas et d'espérer avoir un job à long terme. Donc je pense qu'il faut encore une fois penser au saint graal : la green card. Et c'est là que ça peut devenir compliqué...
Ne pense pas que les tarifs sont fixes au hasard, c'est extremement lourd financierement de faire tourner un FTO. Des avions bien entretenus, ca a un prix, de bons instructerus ca a un prix, etc... Je ne dis pas que ce n'est pas le cas aux US, mais les charges sont largement moindres.Je pense que si les écoles françaises avaient moins de candidats, elles baisserait leurs tarifs pour en attirer

Mais vous n'avez rien compris!!
J'ai pas dit qu'il fallait ensuite bosser là bas bien au contraire.
Il faut se former là bas puis revenir en France bosser.
On acquiert plus d'expérience là bas. ( plus hdv, anglais, stage dans une compagnie en situation réelle)
Se former là bas pour moins cher et revenir en France ou dans l'europe.
C'est çà l'idée.

encore une fois, et comme mentione plus haut, un visa M1 ne permet pas de travailler aux USA! Les heures accumulees sur Be-90 ou Be-200, ne sont pas des heures legales: je m'explique; Ces avions ne demandent pas de 2eme pilote aux USA, donc dans ton logbook FAA, ce ne seront pas de heures PIC (car tu ne seras surement pas qualifie par la compagnie), ni des heures SIC, puisqu'un SIC n'est pas requis. En fait, tu vas mettre ces heures illegalement PIC dans ton logbook.
Pour faire partie d'une 135 qui demande (par Ops Specs) un 2eme pilote a droite sur ce type de machine, tu dois etre legalement embauche par cette compagnie, et avoir suivi un entrainement approuve par la FAA (question d'assurance). Et avec un visa M1, ce n'est pas legal.
