Hi!
To fly in a Singapore registered aircraft with an instructor sitting on the right seat, you need to have a Singapore license or a Singapore validation. However, a Singapore license or validation is not required if you are sitting on the right and is going up for a ride.
You will have to apply for a security clearance for you so that you could be issued with a Visitor Pass for the day of the flight. The security clearance may take about a week to be approved and we need to have your full name as per your passport, your passport number, date of birth and nationality. Once the security clearance has been approved they will schedule you for the flight which will then be subject to availability of aircraft and instructor.
In addition you will have to join a club as a Day Member for S$100.00 for the day and the flight will be at S$330.00 per hour with an instructor. Furthermore, to be considered as a training flight and to be able to log, you need to have the Singapore SPL or validation and to ride on the leaft seat.
Trusting it will help you.
Regards,
