MPL VOLOTEA BAA Selection

Bonjour à tous,

Quelqu'un a t'il déjà passé l'assessment pour le MPL de Volotea avec BAA?

La commerciale m'a parlé du programme suivant:

Personality test – 45 min (the way you think, react, etc.). Please be genuine, don't try to change your answers, as the test has a lie scale.

Cognitive ability test – 2 h (also questions related to Math, Physics, Mechanics). You will have the following tests:

Complex control (try games where you have to navigate between barriers)
Spatial orientation
Monitoring ability
Reaction speed
Applied numeracy (do mental calculations)
Non-verbal logical reasoning (Sudoku helps)
Multitasking
Mechanical reasoning
English – 45 min (listening with the strong accent voices (English is official language in aviation and people from different countries speak differently, but during pilot work, you need to figure out every time, what does the pilot from Spain/Germany/Ireland and etc. want from you) + test part after selection of true answers aimed to explain, what conversation was about).


Plus un entretien en 2 eme partie.

Avez vous des feed back à donner sur le déroulement, les tests ( CUT-E sur pilotest suffisant? ) et le résultat.
