B737 Type Rated Pilots - 2013
WE ARE STARTING RECRUITMENT FOR 2013
Our current core of pilots are highly qualified and dynamic team members. We place great emphasis on the company's safety culture where good airmanship, motivation and crew resource skills are key elements.
Our requirements for applying Captains are to have a minimum of 3000 hours total of which 1000 hours must be on a large multi-engine aeroplane (BAe146 or larger). Our requirements for applying First Officers are to have a minimum of 500 hours total with a minimum of 20 hours on multi-engine aeroplane.
Primera Air only hires Captains and First Officers with JAR license and type rating on B737. Experience on the B737NG is considered an advantage but is not a requirement. In order to be selected for an interview, you need to hold a 737 rating.
Selected candidates will be contacted by our collaborating crew leasing agency, Flight Crew Solutions (FCS). Interviews will be held during the period from November 2012 to February 2013. Depending on crew need and training schedule, pilots will be phased in for summer contracts. Contract lengths will be from 3-7 months. The jobs offered will be for a fixed term, not permanent terms. In the fall 2013, when crew need for winter 2013-2014 is clear, continued work might be offered. Selection criteria for continued work will depend on mutual interest, bases available, crew composition and performance.
Primera Air have bases in: Copenhagen, Billund, Arlanda, Oslo, and Helsinki.
