Les véritables conditions ryanair

Deux de mes connaissances ont bien voulu communiquer sur les principaux éléments de leurs conditions...
Leurs déclarations concordent, bien qu'ils ne se connaissent pas, et sont en décallage assez marqué avec ce qui a été affirmé ici récemment:
Au Royaume-uni:
Hi, good to hear from you. I'm a contractor I'm afraid. Hourly rate is 145 Euro plus 20 Euro if working off-base. I have to cover all my costs and no pension. I normally fly 850 + hours. Roster is good and very simple with 5 Earlies On, 4 Off, 5 Lates On, 4 Off etc. Contractors don't get staff travel. I have a few LHS friends on UK contracts and I think their basic is £60,000 plus £23-25ish per hour sector pay. I think they get £5,000 pension contribution per year and they put £5,000 in to match it. You get staff travel for your family and 6 return tickets for anyone you know paying taxes only. There's no ID 90 travel as far as I know. Ryanair won't fly other airline crews so they don't fly us. There's about 350 aircraft in the fleet with orders for another 100 plus 200 737 Max's. They're opening new bases in eastern europe. Latest are Bucharest, Sofia & Timisoara. Not very popular. It's very unlikely RYR will open bases in France as employment law is too protected. I have one more year on my contract and I hope they improve my next contract but at the minute the latest contract being offered is less money I think. RYR are losing a lot of pilots and they always do, but they train 800 cadets a year so theyre never short of FO's, but they are usually short of Captains as a lot of senior FO's leave before the upgrade. There are something like 250 upgrades a year but its not enough. Especially with the number of aircraft on order. I honestly cant tell you what a local spanish contract is like but I don't think it will be better than a UK contract. Usually if a country is cheap to live in, then the RYR contracts pay less.
Sur le continent:
- Contrat de droit irlandais et jamais/nulle part local (ils ont préféré fermer marseille plutôt que de passer en contrat de droit français par example), le système s'effondrerait si il devait y avoir des contrats locaux d'abord parce que la plupart des pays offrent bien plus de protections aux employés que l'Irlande et surtout le droit a être syndiqué!!
- Basic pay entre 40 000 et 65 000 euros gross
- Sector pay (schedule block hours) 40 euros gross par heures (environ 27 euros net)
- 5000 euros d'allowance pour car park, medical...
- Sécurité sociale du pays de la base vu que la sécu est prelevée a la source mais rien de plus et certainement pas de private medical!
- Staff travel c'est jumpseat illimité et gratuit pour les pilotes en uniforme officiellement pour le boulot dans les faits quand tu veux ou tu veux
- Private pension 500 euros par mois versés par l'employé et 500 euros par ryanair mais ni plus ni moins ca n'est pas a la carte
- Concretement entre 4000 et 6500 euros take home sur 12 mois tout compris selon la base sauf les bases uk environ 6000 gbp payés en sterling car contrat ryanair ltd uk et non ireland
